I was really disappointed with my stay at Palma Resort. The location looked like a construction site, and the pool was dirty and unusable. However, the receptionist was friendly and spoke English well, which was a small positive.

I had a rough stay at Palma Resort. While the front desk lady was really nice and tried her best, the room and facilities left much to be desired. The swimming pool was out of service, and I faced several issues with my room, including cleanliness and maintenance problems.

My Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath was disappointing. There were ants everywhere, and the door wouldn’t even close properly. They offered me another room, but it had hair on the linen and an anthill in the bathroom. Not cool at all.
